REFILLS • need to be booked every 2-3 weeks with 40% or more false lashes remaining, after 3 weeks the set will count as a full set DEPOSIT • a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $25 for all services, except for lash removal ($10) and permanent makeup ($50) is required for all bookings REFUNDS • no refunds, all sales are final after service is tendered LATE POLICY • 15 minute grace period, after there will be a fee of $15 for lashes and $25 for permanent makeup services. After 20 minutes your appointment will either be cancelled or rescheduled LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS • After hour/squeeze in appointments are available for an additional $25 (Direct Message on Instagram @ninaluxebeauty (https://www.instagram.com/ninaluxe.beauty/)to book or message via the Contact (https://www.ninaluxebeauty.com/contact)page. CONSENT FORMS • all consent forms must be completed at your appointment PICTURES • if you decide to be a client at Nina Luxe Beauty, photos will be taken after your procedure for our portfolio. If you do not consent to this, then you will not be taken in as a client.
